TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Warranty

Jomar International Ltd warrants its products to be free from manufacturer’s defects for a period of 1 year (12 months) from date of shipment. Jomar International Ltd will repair or replace, at their sole discretion, any product that proves to be defective in manufacturer’s workmanship or materials.
This implied warranty does not cover damage resulting from product abuse, damage occurred during shipment, product misuse or misapplication, any modifications performed by other than Jomar Automation personnel, or any other reason out of the control of Jomar Automation or its manufacturers.
This warranty is extended only to the purchaser of the equipment and is not transferable.
A Return Authorization must be issued by Jomar International Ltd prior to any product being return for warranty inspection.
Product then may be returned to Jomar International Ltd freight prepaid for warranty inspection and determination. If product is determined to have failed due to defective materials or faulty workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced, solely as determined by Jomar International Ltd. under no circumstances shall Jomar International Ltd. be held liable for any associated labor cost.
This warranty supersedes any other implied warranties.
In no event shall Jomar International Ltd be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages arising in any connection with the use of its product.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of shipment unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Jomar International Ltd reserves the right to cancel or modify payment terms due to non-conformance by customer. Jomar International Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse any purchase order, or to complete said purchase orders, if customer has not fulfilled agreed payment terms, solely at the discretion of Jomar International Ltd.

Cancellation

Purchase Orders for stock product may be cancelled at any time within 3 days, prior to shipment.
Purchase Orders cancelled after 3 working days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Purchase Orders containing built to order products, or stock products which require modification, may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt by Jomar International Ltd.
Any purchase orders which contain built to order, or modified products, may not be cancelled after 24 hours, and the issuer assumes all responsibility for the cost, including modifications, of the products.
Any products returned for other than warranty determinations will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
After shipment, all electrical products or accessories will not be accepted for return.

Delivery

Jomar International Ltd will make every attempt to meet or exceed scheduled delivery in accordance with a written purchase order.
However, all stated deliveries are approximate, subject to many variables.
Said deliveries are stated to the best of our knowledge at the time of order receipt.
In no case will Jomar International Ltd assume any responsibilities for delivery delays.

Shipping

All shipments FOB: Warren, Mi.
All shipments will be freight collect unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
All freight charges of shipments of UPS-RED, Federal Express, etc., unless previously agreed to in writing, will be the sole responsibility of the issuer of the purchase order.

Any shortages must be reported to Jomar International within 24 hours of receipt by receiver. After which Jomar International Ltd assume no responsibility.

Any damages occurred during shipment must are the responsibility of issuer of purchase order and freight company. Under no circumstances will Jomar International Ltd assume any liability upon shipments leaving Jomar International Ltd premises.

Acknowledgement

Issuance of a purchase order to Jomar International Ltd implies acknowledgement and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
